At Bliss Resort Krabi, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is based on seasonality and cancellation date:

Green & Shoulder Season (1 May – 31 October)

  • Less than 3 days before arrival: 50% charge

  • Less than 1 day before arrival: 100% charge

High Season (1 November – 14 December & 16 Jan – 29 February)

  • Less than 7 days before arrival: 50% charge

  • Less than 3 days before arrival: 100% charge

Peak Season (15 Dec 2025 – 15 Jan 2026)

  • Less than 14 days before arrival: 50% charge

  • Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% charge
